Construction Thermal Services is a specialized contractor focused exclusively on insulated metal panel systems. Our team supports complex projects requiring precision installation, thermal performance, and long-term durability.

Company History
15+ years in the Thermal Construction Industry
Our company’s founder worked for 15 years in the Thermal Construction Industry as a sub-contractor, and in 1994 Formed Construction Thermal Service, Inc. specializing in large buildings that require knowledge in vapor-tight environments. Cold storage buildings such as industrial freezers & coolers, food processing plants, and medical-grade clean rooms became our specialty. CTS began contracting work from some of the largest Architectural, Engineering, and General Contractor firms in the country.
In 2010 the Aerospace Industry became interested in constructing their buildings in the same fashion that we have been buildings since then the early 90s. The use of insulated metal panels has given aerospace structures a clean static-free condition and aesthetic design our customers have come to love. Some of our proudest achievements to date have been when our TCS division built a facility that could maintain temperatures to -40, when our CCSS division built several of the largest cold storage buildings in the Caribbean Region and when our CTS Aerospace division built structures as high as 250’ tall. Construction Thermal Services, Inc. continues to be an industry leader and is always evolving to keep up with the ever-growing uses for insulated metal panels.

Our sites are routinely inspected with audits being completed every month. We complete JHA at the beginning of every job to keep our crews safe.
